The iPhone of some Apple ID locked users is unclear
IPhone users who say they are using a normal iPhone will suddenly receive a "Locked ID" message even though they are not using the account for unusual purposes. After receiving an Apple ID locked message, users cannot access iCloud and related services.
Apple's support page as well as Reddit also received a lot of user feedback that they are experiencing the same problem.
After getting the above error, some iPhone users just need to enter the password to log in again. But in some cases, to restore the account the user must click "Unlock Account", verify the identity and answer the security question.
According to some experts, this error may be related to the account security protocol in the Apple system.
Currently Apple has not given any official feedback on the incident. However, AppleInsider said, an unnamed Apple employee confirmed only a small number of users were affected by the error.
Earlier, Apple has also been claimed by some Chinese users for users who have stolen money through stolen Apple ID accounts. But the company only apologized and the cause of this unfortunate incident is that most customers do not turn on two-factor authentication for the account.
