Steps to recover data eaten by virus in USB 2021

1. Using Command Prompt

Command Prompt is a command processor on the computer and they can do a lot of different tasks. If your USB is eaten by a Virus, you can do the following:

Step 1: First, you open MenuStart and enter Command Prompt to open.

Step 2: You open This PC to see the name of your USB device. The name we need to see here is the name in brackets, for example in this article is E:

Step 3: Go back to Command Prompt, enter the USB name (see step 2) and press Enter .

After the Command Prompt is converted to the USB drive, proceed to enter the command below and press Enter .

Attrib /s /d -s -h -a

When the command is finished, open the USB to check the data after it is restored.

2. Using USB Show

If your USB has a large capacity and the number of files eaten by the Virus is relatively large, please use USB Show to save time!

Step 1: You proceed to start the software and select Recuperar archivos ocultos to start.

Step 2: Then, you proceed to select the USB to recover data eaten by the Virus and click OK .

Step 3: After you select the USB to recover data, the system will handle it for you. When finished, please open the USB again to check.

3. Recover data eaten by Virus with BKAV . software

Step 1: You proceed to download the software to use (no need to install). Then, you choose the folder where the virus eats the data file.

Step 2: When finished selecting the folder, click OK for the system to automatically process.

Step 3: Finally, click show hidden files and select OK to finish. At this point, please open the USB again to check your data.
