Configure for Winroute Mail Server Send mail (Sending e-mail) Winroute mail server acts as the SMTP server to send mail. In case you have domain registration on the internet and setup on Winroute, each person's email will be automatically set up as user@domain.com (eg nhanvien1@tencongty.com). To use a variety of email addresses and build a general mailbox in the form of sales@company.com, info@company.com, support@company.com . you can identify (aliases) for users. Using aliases in Winroute you can assign users to multiple email addresses, one email address distributed to multiple users, one mail address to the group of users or a group with multiple users. For example, if a company has a domain: company.com User name, any of you create a user account that can receive mail from: nhanvien1@company.com sales@company.com support@company.com And email support @ company. com can be distributed to the group named Support that you created in the user account section. Or the mail identified as support @ . will be delivered to the user1. Set the time and rules to send and receive mail Winroute mail server gives you the following options: Allow to specify the time to send or receive mail About term or set rules for sending and receiving mail Or combining both rules You can set the mail to be sent out immediately immediately after Winroute mail server receives a message from any user in the internal network set or only sent within a predetermined period.
