The News Feed will only leave Pages from friends, posts and ads that have paid to appear. Apply with Public Figure Facebook pages, other businesses and organizations, this change will create big changes.

'The goal of this test is to see if people like two separate places for privacy and publicity,' said the head of News Feed's Facebook Adam Mosseri.

If you don't pay, the Facebook Pages post won't appear on the regular News Feed

Currently, Facebook only tests this new News Feed in 6 countries: Sri Lanka, Bolivia, Slovakia, Serbia, Guatemala and Cambodia. The company also has no intention of scaling up or applying in every country.

Many Facebook users serve as the main source of traffic for their content. Along with Google's search, Facebook's algorithm contributes a lot to the growth of news sites like BuzzFeed or Huffington Post.

The new change does not affect individual users sharing articles, videos or web pages with friends. These articles will still be available on the News Feed, although they are still from Facebook Pages.

Because of this test, the number of Pages interacting in Slovakia, one of six countries with a new News Feed, has dropped significantly.
