iPhone 6 is not yet available but Apple has prepared a chip for iPhone 7

Although the iPhone 6 has not yet been released, it seems that Apple has begun to take steps to prepare for the iPhone 7 next year.

Accordingly, chip manufacturer TSMC will start producing Apple A9 chips according to the 16nm process at the beginning of 2015. It is expected that iPhone 6 ( coming soon on September 9 ) will use A8 chip.

Taiwanese chip maker Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company is planning to produce a new chip for Apple with 50,000 units a month.

Apple A9 will be produced early next year

The report from The Wall Street Journal reported that TSMC did well this summer with the implementation of the Apple A8 chip production contract, so the company continued to win the A9 production contract.
