According to Official Letter No. 3068 / CVT-TNTK dated September 7, 2018, starting from 00:00 on September 15, 2018, 11-digit subscribers of all operators in Vietnam will proceed to change to 10 numbers each stage. Details of the serial numbers after conversion as well as the number-per-digit conversion schedule can be found in the table below.
