How to turn on the call to grow louder on Android 10

When the phone calls, it will first vibrate for about 5 seconds to signal to the user. Then the ringtone volume will increase gradually in about 10 seconds. The volume level of the increased ringtone will not exceed the maximum volume limit set by your device sound system.
