How Obscure Objects on Videos Camtasia Works

Step 1:

In the Camtasia interface, we Drag the video to the Timeline bar To conduct video editing.

Step 2:

Click Callouts Then click The triangle icon To expand the options for the video.

Display the tool panel, in The Special section, Click The Blur tool To blur the object on the video.

Step 3:

Then on the Timeline bar will display the Blur tool at Track 2 as shown. Drag this blurry frame to the time the video you want to hide the object. The video also shows the blurring area.

Hovering at the Timeline bar will see information about blurring effects including:

• Name: The name of the blur effect.
• Start time: The time when the effect appears.
• Duration: The total time from when it appears until the effect disappears.
• Media type: Callout type.

Users can resize this blurring area to cover the entire content. You have the frame around to increase or decrease the size of the frame to blur the content.

Step 4:

In The Properties section, There is an option to adjust the blurring effect and the level of blurring. Fade print is used to adjust the time to display blur effect in the video. Fade in order to gradually fade away the blur effect. Intensity to adjust the blur level on the video.

For example, with a blurring level of 28%, the blurring effect appears on the video as shown below.

If you don't like the Blur mode, you can change it to Pixelate. Finally export the video as usual.
