Check Apple account information

Please double check that you have entered the correct email address and password for your Apple account.

Problem with login code

Every time you sign in to your Apple account on a new device or browser, you must enter a verification code sent to your trusted devices or sent to your phone number. If not, click Can't use [phone number] and follow the onscreen steps to restore access to your account.

Sign in with private web browser

Try signing in to your Apple Account using a private web browser.

Clear browser data

If the above troubleshooting tips don't work, try signing in to your Apple Account on another device. If it works, the problem is with your browser, not Apple. So clear your browser's data and cache, and sign in again.
