How to Download Eclipse
Method 1 of 2:
Windows
-
Head to the Eclipse link at http://eclipse.org/downloads/. -
The website will figure out what OS you are running on and provide you with a list of downloads. Choose the 32 or 64 bit version next to "Eclipse Classic" depending on what type of operating system you are running. -
Choose the option next to the big green arrow that says (http) somewhere in it, then eclipse will begin downloading. -
While it's downloading head to the Java link at http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html. Scroll down a bit and click the download button in the Java SE 7 row and under the JDK column. Download and install that if you haven't done so before. -
Once Eclipse has downloaded extract it to a place you will remember. For example My Documents. -
Open the folder you extracted eclipse to and double-click on Eclipse.exe -
You will be asked to choose a work-space, make a new folder somewhere you will remember and click next. -
To get to the main interface click the arrow in the bottom of the screen. -
Enjoy your Java!
Method 2 of 2:

Search for Eclipse. -
Select Eclipse and press Install button.
