How to create Flare effects for photos without Photoshop

If you're a photographer, you probably know how annoying the flare is for photographers and viewers. This phenomenon is caused by the light reflection of the lenses inside the lens. The current Photoshop image editing tools have features that help users create virtual effects flare, adding sparkling to the photo. Step 1:
