Guide to Collage photos on CollageIt

1. Download CollageIt software

Step 1:

Click on the link above to download CollageIt software to your computer. Click on the .exe file to install CollageIt. In the first interface, we select the installation language is English and then click OK .

Step 2:

Click on I accept the agreement to agree to the terms of the software, then click Next to continue.

Step 3:

Next, if the user needs to change the CollageIt installation directory, click on the Browse button, or else click the Next button to proceed to the next step.

Step 4:

Finally we click Next . Install to proceed to install CollageIt software on the computer.

Step 5:

Below is the interface of the software. The program does not have many other image editing features, but only supports photo blending. The software includes 15 different template collage templates for users to choose. Overall, the photo collage templates that CollageIt offers are at a simple level, classic.

Please click on a photo collage template that you want and click the Choose button below.

Step 6:

Appeared interface to perform photo mosaics. First click the Add button to proceed with selecting the image available on your computer. Or we can open the image folder on our computer and click and drag the image into Drop Files Here.

Step 7:

Next, at the right corner of the interface are options to set up images. Click the Layout tab and you'll have options including:

1. Photo Count: the number of photos in the collage. Select Use all photos if you want to use all images. If you choose this number larger than the number of images you add, there will be duplicate images in the collage.
2. Space: distance between photos.
3. Margin: main frame border.
4. Rotate: rotate the picture frame.
5. Sparse: sparse random spacing

When clicking on the Photo tab , we will have more options to create borders for the image, choose the thickness of the border, border color, add shadow to the border.

Step 8:

Next, the user will select the options related to the collage size in the items below.

1. Choose Template: choose another template.
2. Page Setup: adjust the frame size. If you use it to print, select DPI as 300, and if you want to save the image normally, share it online, you should use DPI to 72.
3. Background: background of photo frames.
4. Random layout: choose another random image arrangement.
5. Shuffle: keep the current layout but reverse the images in other random locations.

Step 9:

When you agree with the photo layout and effects, other options for the image, click on the Export button .

In the Format section of the interface, users can choose to save images in different formats such as JPG, PNG, BMP, and so on. Finally click Export below.

Enter a name for the image and then click Save to save the image to your computer.
