Instructions to manually delete the original file when compressing on WinRAR
Step 1:
In the folder or data to be compressed, we right-click and select Add to archive .
Step 2:
In the dialog box, select the options for the archive, such as setting the password for the compressed file on WinRAR, and click Delete files after archiving . Click OK to save the changes.
You proceed to compress the file as usual. The result will only leave the compressed file and the original file folder automatically deleted.
