Warranty period of Samsung phones

  1. Operator service during the warranty period
  2. 1 year warranty

Users will not be warranted in the following cases:

  1. Missing accessories or external parts of the product, unless request for removal of those parts has been made within 3 days of purchase.
  2. Cosmetic damage to the outer surface / coating and exterior of the product, including without limitation cracks, dents or scratches on the exterior, monitor, camera lens, buttons and other attachments.
  3. Product degradation due to normal wear and tear, including unlimited rust or stains.
  4. General maintenance, support for password reset, routine maintenance and cleaning, software updates / upgrades, software or application installation, or any other service other than repair.

How to apply for a Samsung phone warranty

  1. Visit https://www.samsung.com/sg/support/warranty/
  2. Select Register Your Product .
  3. Select Log In if you already have an account, or Sign Up Now to create a new Samsung account.
  4. After creating your account, or sign in, click New Product Registration .
  5. Enter the product code and Serial number, which can be found on the back of the box.
  6. Enter the Purchase Date and upload the MyRepublic Device Receipt in the Proof of Purchase section .
  7. Register products.

After registering the product warranty successfully, you can see the machine's warranty status. Click on Service Request to enter the product and go to the service center to see more options.

When carrying your device for service, be sure to take your full box, bill and accessories with you at the service center.
