Open the Settings section, select Control Center .
Scroll down the list and add Screen Recording .
Close Settings .

Swipe from the bottom of the screen to open the Control Center.
Tap the Screen Recording button (the icon has a circular button inside) to start recording immediately (or use 3D Touch to open the menu).

Screen rotation tips

Because the screen rotation feature on iOS 11 records everything you manipulate on the device, so it will also return the moments when you close the Control Center or stop recording.
