Security firm Sophos Labs recommends that users be careful with funny Flash clips that appear on the Internet, which could be the source of Trojan infection on your PC.

Most recently Sophos has identified the Trojan Troi / Agent-FWO hidden in a Flash designed by the famous Italian artist Bruno Bozzetto. ' Users can still see the full Flash content, but at the same time the trojan hidden under the screen has invaded and downloaded a lot of other malicious systems ,' Sophos said.

The video was posted online by Bozzetto in 2001. Since then, hundreds of thousands of people have been watching it, and perhaps as many people have become victims of malicious code. The exact statistics can only be obtained as long as security researchers determine the exact time the hacker began to distribute Bozzetto's Flash copy containing malicious code.

Malicious codes are downloaded by Troj / Agent-FWO in Windows System. The trojan can also automatically create the necessary Registry keys that allow it to automatically run every time the operating system boots or inserts code into the system process to hide itself.

'The Flash itself is not dangerous, it is only malicious when it falls into the hands of hackers ,' said Graham Cluley, Sophos senior security consultant.
