Step 4:  Select the installation drive, the default will be drive C. If you want to change, click  Browse.  then click  Next .

How to use Crystal Disk Mark that you need to know

Step 1:  At the main interface of CrystalDiskMark software, you will set up to perform the test.

1. The higher the number of checks, the more accurate the results will be but it will take more time. The default should be 5.
2. Test capacity, you should also leave the default at 1 GB . Because setting it too large will take a long time.
3. Select the drive you want to check if your computer uses it a lot.

Step 2:  After setting the parameters, click on the  All button  for the software to start the process of checking the hard drive speed. It will take a certain amount of time to perform this process.

2. RND4K:  4Kb data read and write parameters but move continuously randomly in memory.

In the horizontal row of numbers, the default number 5 is the number of tests, you can increase it but it will take more time to read and write than 5 times which is normal. Next to it is displayed 1GiB which means the capacity on the hard drive will be tested, you can also increase it to test the entire hard drive.
