Appeared Create frame interface. Here, users click on the Upload image to select the image to create frames and effects. The image here will be in PNG format . You can search on the web or create PNG images yourself with photo editing tools like Photoshop, .

Step 5:

Images can be enlarged or reduced by using 4 round buttons at the 4 corners of the image. We can change the position of the image if desired.

Then click Next below to move to the next step.

Step 6:

In this interface, users will fill in detailed information for the avatar frame, or the self-created photo effect, including: Name for effect, choose owner Effects (can make personal Facebook or You manage fanpgae), Schedule using effects, Keywords for created frames.

Then press the Next button below to save the information entered for the frame.

Step 7:

Soon you will see the designed frame interface applied to each different screen interface. We check the information again, if we want to edit the Back button. If correct, click Submit below.

Facebook will send a notification to the user of all information, details will not be changed after the effect has been submitted for review. Click OK to close the notification dialog.

Step 8:

When you receive the message Sent effect as shown below, the avatar frame you created has been sent to Facebook. The review may take place within a few hours, or a few days. Click the Done button at the bottom to close the interface.

When the frame is passed, we will get the message as shown below. So the frame for the avatar and the effect for your own Facebook photo snapshot can be used.
