Windows 10 collects and sends your activity history to Microsoft
On the Reddit forum, many users are discussing and confirming that Windows 10 collects Activity History - Activity History of applications that users use on the PC and sends it to Microsoft. Even if the user has disabled the "Send my activity history to Microsoft" section in Activity History, Microsoft's Privacy Dashboard feature will still show the activity history of the application that the user is running on the PC.
You can go to Settings -> Privacy -> Activity History and check the "Send my activity history to Microsoft" box to disable this feature and test it.
In addition, in the section Clear Activity History, when users press the "Clear" button, basically all data from Microsoft servers will be deleted. But that is not true.
At the Activity History page, click on "Privacy Dashboard" to open Microsoft's Privacy Dashboard page on the web browser. Click on the "Activity History" tab, you will see a list of applications running on connected PCs whether you have previously disabled or deleted Activity History on these PCs.
