Social isolation concept
Social isolation with the English word Social distancing , can be understood in many other ways such as social isolation or limiting social contact. And social isolation is meant to avoid gathering in crowded places, in public places, keeping a safe distance between you and those around you to limit the spread of disease, reduce the risk of cross-infection in the community. This method of social isolation was effectively applied to the Spanish flu pandemic in 1918 and in Mexico City during the 2009 influenza pandemic.

Or Hanoi City recommends people to limit going out until the end of March 31, except for force majeure events that are also classified as social isolation. So how to implement social isolation is right, where to go or not?
How to isolate society?
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) , keep the distance between people about 1-2 m when possible . Everyday activities like going to the market, going to work or working out are unavoidable. But the important rule is that you need to wear a mask, keep a safe distance, wash your hands with soap, do not touch your face and wipe doorknobs before contact with family members, especially young children, people Over the age of 60, people with underlying medical conditions, those who are thought to have lower immunity than others.
If dining out, you should eat in large and airy restaurants, not crowded and have disinfectant measures. However, with the current epidemic situation, you should consider going to restaurants or ordering food. Close contact near crowded places makes it easy for viruses to spread. And no one can be sure that he or she has the health and immune system before the Corona virus. Social isolation is also spread online through the message " We stay at work for you. Please stay at home for us" , translate "We work for you. Please stay at home for us ".
Wishing you and your family safe and healthy!
