Some users say that when downloading Windows 10 updates, the installation process is about half and then jumps to 100% immediately, one of the above errors will appear. Follow the advice in the announcement also to no avail.

It's still not known why some people get the 0x800f0988 error message similar to the Windows 10 October 2018 Update. Then the error is said to be in the WinSXS directory.
