The software giant said that this error is not dangerous but can make users panic during use.
Microsoft has also given instructions for users to temporarily fix this error. Specifically, users need to follow the steps to restart the computer:
1. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete , when the screen shows a black screen.
2. On the new screen that appears, click the power button icon on the lower left and select restart .
3. After restarting, the device will work normally.
Currently, Microsoft is investigating the cause of the problem so that it can release the earliest patch.
