The improved version of the ThinkPad X1 has a battery life of up to 10 hours if running the Android operating system but cost more than 300 USD.

After the rumors that appeared before the ThinkPad X1 was released, the computer model running two ThinkPad X1 Hybrid operating systems today was officially launched. This product uses a Qualcomm dual-core chip on the motherboard to run a separate Android operating system like Lenovo's previous IdeaPad K1. With the operating system from Google, users can listen to music, watch videos, surf the web or change widgets without having to start Windows. Unfortunately, the Android Market cannot be used.

In fact, a quick test of Engadget , the ThinkPad X1 Hybrid model has a remaining operating time of 1 hour 16 minutes when running Windows to 4 hours 19 minutes when running the Android operating system. However, when you want to change the operating system, users are required to shut down and restart.
