Stephen Woo left his position as president of Samsung's System LSI
Samsung has just officially confirmed that Stephen Woo will leave his position as president of the company's System LSI for personal reasons.
Samsung has just officially confirmed that Stephen Woo will leave his position as president of the company's System LSI for personal reasons.
Even so, the Korean media said that Stephen Woo is having many health problems.
After resigning Stephen Woo will still work at Samsung but with an undisclosed role. The System LSI head position will be ceded to Dr. Kinam Kim since the beginning of June.
Reportedly, Stephen Woo started working at Samsung as Vice President and head of solution development for mobile devices under System LSI. In 2007, he was nominated for the position of general manager of R&D department. In 2008, he officially held the position of System LSI president so far.
