Street View street photography feature on Google Maps allows users to explore streets, mountains, tourist spots, etc. through visual images right on the computer. However, Google's map also caused a lot of buzz and was criticized for strange images or violating human privacy. Even nearly 250,000 Germans once asked Google to blur the image of their home in 2010. Street View was also rejected in the Czech Republic and India.

Recently, an unnamed man accidentally discovered his wife having an affair when finding her way to the Than Tho Bridge, in the capital of Lima, Peru. He saw an image of a woman wearing a suit like her wife caressing a man's hair on a street bench while searching for applications on Google Maps. Although he had a blurred face, when he zoomed in, he still realized it was his wife. He asked the wife and her husband for acknowledging the affair, but the photo was taken in 2013. Although it happened five years ago, the husband still resolutely divorced.

In 2012, Google Street View car accidentally captured the image of a person in France standing "discharging sadness" in the garden, making the whole village laugh at him. This man sued Google for posting his sensitive photos without permission.

In 2010, the image of an undressed man crawling out of the trunk on the Street View was controversial online. CNet technology page said that there are many mysteries hidden behind this photo. The dog lying on the yard is dead or sleeping, next to it is a yellow can (possibly containing bleach to clean something in the trunk and a broken car. Then Google deleted this photo from Street View .
