Windows 10 has integrated TELEX and VNI input keyboard

You may not know, Microsoft has released a version of Windows 95 supporting Vietnamese with VNI percussion in Vietnam in 1996. But this percussion has been VNI company by Mr. Ho Thanh Viet - founder VNI percussion license first.
