PayPal releases 'PayPal Here' for iPhone

On March 15, PayPal launched 'PayPal Here,' a small accessory similar to Square's service solution, which helps accept credit card payments on iPhone phones.

' PayPal Here ' is a large blue reader, connected to the iPhone via the headphone jack at the top of the device.

Combined with the ' PayPal Here ' application on iOS, the solution above allows users to pay with their credit or debit card.

In addition, PayPal's application also has a ' Scan Card ' feature, to use iPhone to capture credit card numbers or check.

Notably, " PayPal Here " was released before PayPal launched an e-wallet service promising to compete directly with Google Wallet.
