Check Use 3D Hardware / Select VGA device you are using. If you choose Full Screen mode, remember to choose the correct screen resolution of the device.

No sound, Options / Audio Setup . / Choose your Soundcard .

Install the key to play or gamepad, go to Options / Controllers Setup . / Remap .
