An archaeological site dating to about 1,200 years old has been found in the western capital of Nicaragua of Managua in the Colombian cemetery earlier.

Miranda said objects of the same period were also found in the cities of Masaya and Granada in the southeast and Rivas in the south.

"This allows us to better understand how to disperse these relics in the same time . and open a new era in understanding and studying the cultural identity of old settlers. Miranda, " said Miranda.

'This archaeological discovery also helps us to know about the behavior of previous societies ,' Miranda added.

It is known that the excavated archaeological pieces will be transferred to the National Cultural Palace for laboratory analysis and will soon announce the latest information in the future.

Miranda led this excavation, in collaboration with the Archaeological Archaeological Center of Nicaragua National Autonomous University and the Managua Metropolitan Area.
