Microsoft Office supports dark background mode on macOS Mojave
Recently, Akshay Bakshi, Microsoft Office product manager, revealed that Microsoft is developing a dark background mode option for Office applications on macOS Mojave and testers will start testing this mode next week.
Recently, Akshay Bakshi, Microsoft Office product manager, revealed that Microsoft is developing dark mode options (Dark mode) for Office applications on macOS Mojave and the testers will start testing this mode in next week.
This change of Microsoft to help Office match the dark background mode that appears on macOS Mojave. It is also possible, however, that this new Office dark background is for Office 365 subscribers only.
The dark background for Office on Mac has many similarities to the dark background for Outlook.com and Windows 10.
Earlier, Microsoft introduced a dark background mode on File Explorer in Windows 10 October 2018 Update.
When the testing process is complete, the dark background mode option will be released to users who subscribe to Microsoft Office services.
