According to Neowin, the above languages ​​are currently released as updates for Windows Phone Developer Preview program participants (developers in supported areas). Expected, the completed version will be updated soon in 2015.

It is known that Cortana smart virtual assistant is integrated into Microsoft Windows Phone 8.1 version, with the ability to interact with users to issue voice control commands.

Windows Phone 8.1 has improved the interface of lockscreen, which is more fun, allowing users to customize Live Tile into 4 or 6 small boxes. In addition, users can create wallpapers (can take personal photos) inserted into the Windows Phone interface, something that Windows Phone 8 does not support.
