In particular, Twitter accounts are becoming more and more popular with links shortened by popular services like bit.ly and alturl.com . These links may be redirected to make users tricked into malicious websites.

Recently, experts of Kaspersky Lab recorded very high operating frequency of malicious attacks. There were more than 209 million online attacks blocked in just 1 month.

In addition, more than 67 million conspiracy to attack personal computers through websites. In addition, they discovered and killed more than 196 million malicious programs and updated 71 million new samples into the data system.

Explaining the malware attack, Kaspersky said, hackers often use fake antivirus programs and increasingly improve their attack tactics. However, this type of attack is often blocked by mainstream antivirus programs.

Therefore, criminals are gradually turning their operating environment into internet data warehouses. In this way, if only users were tricked into accessing fake antivirus programs, their computers were at risk.

Kasperky also said that in the rankings of malicious code, new versions of the Trojan-Downloader.Java.OpenConnection series are still a frightening threat. These two versions of malicious code ranked second and seventh in the top 20 most dangerous software with an alarming operating frequency with over 40,000 attacks in just 24 hours.
