After only a short time being released to the market by Apple, iOS 8.1 has been unlocked (Jailbreak) through a tool programmed by the group called Pangu.

According to Gizmodo , this tool is capable of being unlocked on all iOS 8 versions ( including iOS 8.0, 8.0.2 and 8.1 versions ). Support for use on Apple models such as iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C, iPhone 5, iPad ( 2, 3, 4, Air, Air 2, mini 1, mini 2, mini 3 ) and iPod Touch Gen 5.
However, this version has no built-in Cydia tool. It is expected that soon, the complete version including Cydia will be released.
Currently, iOS 8.1 unlocking tool can be run on Windows operating system.
Note, unlocking Apple devices can help users interfere deeply with the device's administrative system. However, this job is not recommended by Apple and if it fails, users will lose the right to warranty the device.
