Under appropriate circumstances, Vitals is also an excellent tool for detecting imposters. When you travel with a few crew members on the way to Vitals and suddenly one of them leaves the world, it may indicate that some crew friend is a liar. Both Crewmate and Importer can use Vitals.

Step 1: The first step to using Vitals is quite simple, that is to stay on the Polus map. Neither Mira HQ nor The Skeld have a Vitals station, so you will only be able to use the Vitals tool on the Polus map.
Step 2: Once you are on Polus, to use Vitals, you will have to find your way to the Vitals station located in a room adjacent to Office.
Step 3: Inside Office, you will see a large screen. Get close enough to click the button and now you can see the health status of each member of the crew.
The following colors and signs in Vitals denote the state of every player in the game:
DEAD (red): This indicates that the player has been killed by an impostor since the last meeting and that the body is lying undetected on the map.
- OK (green): This indicates that the player is still alive.
