Instructions for finding emails and Drive files on Gemini

Step 1:

First you access Gemini with your Google account and then activate the Google Workspace utility. Return to the chat interface on Gemini, enter @Gmail and then click on the displayed Gmail utility to use.

Step 2:

Then you enter the email content you want to search through Gemini and press Enter to send the request.

Immediately after that, Gemini will link with Google Workspace to search for the email content you want to find and display the email content below. You just need to click on the email below to view the email content on Gmail.

Step 3:

To find files on Google Drive, you also press @Google Drive to select file search. Then you enter the content of the file you want to search on Google Drive to find it.

When a file is found that matches your requirements, the date will be displayed below. If we can clearly enter the content of the file we want to find, it will be easier for Gemini to find and filter files.

Step 4:

Additionally, you can also search for files on Google Docs with the same operation.
