How to Make a Fence in Minecraft

Fabrication of Wooden Fences

Collect materials.

Collect 1 wooden block (1 wood), 4 wooden planks (4 wood planks), or at least 6 wooden sticks (stick).

Place the wooden block in the crafting window and then drag the wooden plank to the inventory.

Place the wooden planks into the crafting frame, placing one half above the other.

Collect all the wooden sticks.

Place 2 rows of wooden sticks on top of each other.

Drag the newly created fence into the inventory.

Craft a Hell Brick Fence

Collect materials.

Collect 24 netherrack blocks or 6 nether brick blocks.

Melt 24 hellstone blocks into hell bricks.

Place hell tiles in the 2x2 square at the crafting table.

Place 2 rows of hell tiles on top of each other.

Drag the newly created hell brick fence into the inventory.

Natural Structure

Find the Abandoned Mineshaft.

Mine the pillar to collect wooden fence blocks.

Search for a village.

Exploiting wooden fences, they can be table legs or used on the roof of the house.

Find the nether fortress.

Explore a window or gate made from hell brick fences.
