How to Evolve Eevee in Pokémon HeartGold/SoulSilver

Get 7 Eevees

Talk to Bill to get an Eevee. When you talk to Bill in Ecruteak City, he will return home to Goldenrod City and you will have to search for him here again. He will give you an Eevee that he cannot take care of. You can only get one Eevee this way.

Go to Game Corner in Celadon City. The somewhat mysterious looking man next to the Game Corner (gaming area) will tell you that Eevee is one of the rewards.

Raise one level in the grassy area around the moss-covered rock. When Eevee is ready to fight, walk around the rock near the grass until you come across a Pokémon that wants to fight.

Convert Leafeon back into the HeartGold/SoulSilver version.

Evolve Eevee into Glaceon

Convert the last Eevee into Diamond, Pearl or Platinum version.

Go to the blizzard on Route 217 (Route 217) in Diamond, Pearl or Platinum version. This place is right next to the city of Snowpoint.

Look for frozen rocks.
