Pok�mon GO Level-Up Rewards and Milestone Unlocks

Pok�mon GO now has 80 Trainer levels and a rebalanced reward journey. Leveling can award consumable items, storage increases, avatar items and feature milestones. The old level-2-to-40 item list on this page reflects the launch-era progression and should not be used as a current reward table.

The reward screen displayed when a level is reached is the best source for the exact item quantities on that account and app version.

What can be awarded when you level up?

Pok� Balls and higher-performance ball types.
Potions, Revives and Berries.
Incense, Lucky Eggs, Incubators or Lure Modules at selected milestones.
Additional Pok�mon, Item Bag, Gift or Postcard storage at selected levels.
Avatar clothing, poses or hairstyles at stated milestones.
Access to features or Research tied to Trainer level.

Not every level grants every category. Rewards become more substantial at selected milestones, while ordinary levels may provide a smaller item bundle.

Key milestones in the current leveling journey

Level 15: Daily Adventure Egg access

Eligible Trainers can receive a Daily Adventure Egg through the current daily system. The feature has its own Incubator and rules shown in the game. Adventure Sync can help record distance while the app is closed when permissions are enabled.

Level 70: friendship benefit

Trainers at level 70 and above have an increased chance of becoming Lucky Friends with Best Friends, subject to the current Lucky Friends rules.

Levels 71�80: XP plus Level-Up Research

Advancing through the final ten levels requires both the relevant XP and the Level-Up Research attached to that level. Extra XP continues to carry forward while Research is incomplete.

Storage rewards

The rebalanced progression includes increases to Pok�mon storage, Item Bag capacity, Gift storage and Postcard storage at selected levels. These earned increases can allow a Trainer to go above ordinary purchased-capacity limits. Check the level-up summary to see which capacity changed.

How to confirm a reward after leveling

Read the level-up summary before closing it.
Open the Item Bag and compare relevant item counts.
Check Pok�mon and Item storage limits if the milestone includes capacity.
Open avatar customization for a clothing or pose reward.
Review the Trainer profile for active Level-Up Research.

Reward problems

If a reward does not appear, restart the app and confirm that the account actually reached the new level. Storage and avatar rewards may appear in different screens from consumable items. If a verified milestone reward remains missing, contact official support with the Trainer level, approximate time and a screenshot�never with a password or verification code.

Level rewards are useful, but they are not the only reason to earn XP. Treat the official progress bar and current in-game reward summary as authoritative whenever an older list conflicts with the modern 1�80 journey.
