How to check the battery level of the laptop battery without software

- Step 1: Press the Windows + R key combination to open the Run window. Then type cmd to enter the Command Prompt window. 

- Step 2: Once the Command Prompt window has been opened, continue typing the powercfg / batteryreport command line and press Enter. If you see the words Battery life report saved to C:…. If it does appear, that means you have successfully exported a battery health report.

- Go to the location where the report file was just exported according to the following instructions: Open My Computer or This PC. Go to drive C and select Users (Your computer account name). 

- According to the example in the picture, the computer name is Gabriel, besides the file battery-report.html, this is the result of the battery status on your laptop.

- Next, copy the link and paste the battery-report.html file into the browser. Then the browser will display a report on the battery, here you know the battery on your laptop is charged.

- Scroll to the Installed batteries section you will see 2 lines Design Capacity and Full Charge Capacity. Where Design Capacity is the standard capacity of the battery and Full Charge Capacity is the current capacity of the battery. If these numbers differ on 10,000mAh, your laptop battery should come.
