Hack Yahoo nick to cheat money by loading phone scratch cards

Use the nick of the acquaintance and " instance " to recharge the phone with 100 thousand VND to raise to 1.2 million, many Yahoo Messenger users in HCM City have been tricked in the past few days.

On the morning of October 15, Mr. Pham Giang Hoang Vu, in District 11, told VnExpress.net that he had lost two phone scratch cards, each with VND 100,000 for " acquaintances " without seeing a reply.

Next, the chat friend showed off having hacked a phone scratch card from the par value of 100,000 dong to 1.2 million, told Mr. Vu to buy a recharge card and then hacked for help. No doubt, Mr. Vu went to buy a phone card and announced the serial number for the chat friend.

Mr. Vu annoyed: " Right after that, my friend said that this serial number has not been hacked yet, I have to add a 100,000 VND card. I bought another card and also reported the serial number as before. However, right away then Yahoo Messenger is out and can't access it, even my mail is password hacked . "

Mr. Vu said that two colleagues in the same room also lost the same unfair money because of this hack nickname. However, when feeling unsettled and asking for a meeting to ask for help, these " acquaintances " quickly abstained and out always.

A similar trick but the higher amount , the chat nick breeze, I just hacked 2.8 million phone scratch card money and kept urging my friend to quickly text the serial number because until 4:30 pm today is expired .

This is not the first time, this phishing phenomenon takes place. Since the beginning of the year, there have been instances of temptation to buy game cards, text messages via phone cards. Most trick people use nicknames so it's easy to get over people. In addition, hackers are deceptive by sending messages to people with the content: " Yahoo notification will start charging Messenger if you delete this message and do not send it to the members in your list ."

Even the hacker pretended to be Yahoo's leader: " As Yahoo's chairman Ana Rubenecia, I apologize to announce that Yahoo has reached the maximum number of accounts: 2,000,000,000. If you want to keep your account free. You must authenticate using within 36 hours. Please send a message to everyone (completely serious) ".

Talking to VnExpress.net , Yahoo Vietnam representative acknowledged the status of hacking and using nicknames of acquaintances that have been going on for a long time. Users who visit certain websites or click on malicious links can most likely reveal their Yahoo Messenger information.

The way to prevent it is that users should take measures to protect their passwords. As when receiving a message that requires e-mail to be forwarded, or clicking on the attached link, it will be deleted from Yahoo Messenger permanently, which are all fraudulent forms.

" Yahoo Vietnam has also sent many warnings to users so be wary of these people, " said Yahoo Vietnam representative.
