Gmail on iOS has supported swipe, invite experience
In the latest update, the Gmail on iOS app has been added with a new feature that allows users to customize what happens when they swipe email, similar to Gmail on Android.
5 gestures are supported swipe gestures, including storing or deleting emails, marking emails read or not, snoozing, archiving emails or moving them to another folder. In addition, users are supported to specify different actions for swiping left or right.
In this update, the Gmail app on iOS has added many new features that make it similar to Android. Previously, the Gmail application on iOS only allows users to store or delete email by swiping (sideways).
Google has released a new update from Gmail yesterday, but it will take about 15 days for it to reach all iOS devices around the world.
After downloading, to change the swipe, users can access the "Settings" menu and select the "Swipe" operation.
