Fix Wake on Lan error not working on Windows 10

Wake-on-LAN problem on Windows 10
Wake-on-LAN (WOL) does not work or stop working in Windows 10 after upgrading from Windows 8.1 or Windows 7. In this example, use Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller.
Although many people have made all settings for Wake-on-LAN such as disabling quick startup, configuring the adapter options related to WOL, etc., WOL still doesn't work.
Environment:
Previous operating system: Windows 8.1 Pro x64
Current operating system: Windows 10 Pro x64
Mainboard: Asus H87-Plus
NIC: Onboard Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller
NIC driver version: 9.1.401.2015 released on April 1, 2015
Reason:
Driver Realtek Ethernet Card is included in the Windows update causing problems.
The solution to the Wake-on-LAN error problem does not work after upgrading to Windows 10
Install Ethernet Realtek Card driver from Realtek website.

Note: Be sure to enable the WOL feature for the NIC.
