Facebook added new features to save Stories, share voice messages and store them in the cloud
Facebook says 3 new features will help users 'create and store memories'.
Forthcoming, Facebook launched three new features that allow users to save images and videos directly to Facebook's cloud storage, share voice messages with friends and store Faceboook Stories. These changes will be launched in India first, before being available globally 'shortly afterwards'.
Changes on the Facebook Camera of the app will support 2 of 3 features. Those who take photos or record videos with Facebook's camera will have new options to save directly to Facebook account to save storage capacity on the phone. Photos or videos saved by Facebook Camera will only have users, after logging in to that Facebook account, can see. Facebook has not mentioned storage capacity limits.
Facebook Stories deserves to be archived and 'live longer' than a day
In addition, Facebook also added Audio options on Facebook Camera, allowing sharing voice messages in the form of Voice Post. Recording is not only fast and close, but also saves typing time, as well as conveying messages in a natural way.
In the next few weeks, Facebook will launch the first Facebook Stories storage feature.
