According to Cnet on 5.2, Chrome and Firefox engineers developed the WebRTC protocol in HTML5 to make this amazing.

This is an open source project that allows the browser to access multimedia hardware without having to install any additional applications.

Previously, Chrome and Firefox were able to call video based on WebRTC protocol, but it could only be done when users used the same browser together, but could not chat the "left" browser as it is now.

To experience this feature, users need to use Chrome 25 beta and Firefox Nightly.

Next, in Firefox, enter the command about: config into the address bar, go to media.peerconnection.enabled, then double-click it to switch to True.
