Classmate + has the same configuration as netbooks and is only available for children in developing countries.

Classmate + is the latest model of Intel's laptop series for developing countries, Classmate PC. The product in this series of Intel Learning Series is a collaboration with Chinese computer maker, Lenovo.

It has a basic configuration with 10.1-inch screen, Intel Atom N455 processor, 1GB RAM, 1.3 Megapixel camera, Wi-Fi and optional 3 to 6 cell battery and pre-installed operating system Windows 7 and not sold to general users.
