Enable Power Throttling

  1. Go to Settings> System> Battery> Battery Usage by App. Here, you can view information about each application, the percentage of battery used when the application is being used and when it runs in the background.

  1. Click on the application you want to enable Power Throttling.
  2. Uncheck Let Windows decide when this app can run in the background .

If you want to see Power Throttling enabled applications, open Task Manager and follow the steps below:

  1. In Task Manager, click the More details item.
  2. Right-click anywhere in the column headers and click Select columns.
  3. Scroll down to Power Throttling at the bottom of the list and check the box next to add this feature to your display columns.
