YouTube is officially available on Nintendo Switch

The application also supports 360-degree video.

Nintendo Switch is a gaming machine, but gradually, it becomes a multimedia entertainment device. Hulu launched Switch in November 2017 and shortly thereafter, Nintendo's US CEO Reggie Fils-Aim said other services will also appear on the device.

By now, Reggie has kept her word when YouTube has just landed Switch computers today, which can be downloaded for free from Nintendo eShop. According to users, all YouTube videos can be viewed on the Switch, even 360-degree videos.

The control on the YouTube application will be done primarily with the Joycon handle on the left. According to The Verge, Joycon's right hand handle is only used to rotate 360-degree videos.

YouTube's access to Switch is the second step in promoting video streaming on this device, but many users still expect to see Netflix, though not yet officially announced. But like what Nintendo is doing, it is possible that in the fall to next year there will be Netflix on the Switch.

If not, then perhaps you will want to buy one. Not only does it include apps like YouTube and Hulu, it also has an increasing number of game libraries (both Nintendo and third parties). But unlike other Nintendo consoles, Switch is more and more game-friendly, like Doom, Wolfenstein II or Skyrim.

Nintendo Switch currently sells for about $ 299.
