1. Cause of error on iPhone call
Often the common explanation for making a call error not only on iPhone but also on any other device, or other network, is that the quality of the signal is unstable, because the operator, some of the numbers are faulty. 4G band.
More specifically, the issue related to VoLTE for errors, especially annoying sounds when receiving a call. VoLTE has only been applied in Vietnam by Vietnammobile network, Vinaphone, Mobifone has not been officially applied, and Viettel has only provided for some pre-registered customers.
Does VoLE service affect calls?
When we turn on Internet data on the phone will use 4G connection, but few people pay attention to VoLTE. You try to go to Settings> Mobile and then turn on Mobile data .
Then click on Voice & Data and you will see data connection options as shown below.
- LTE, VoLTE On: Turning on a network that supports VoLTE and data when making calls will use 4G wave, the call quality is stable and clear.
- LTE, VoLTE Off: When 4G data is used as normal data, the call will be transferred to 3G by default.
So what if the user still uses the first case but the network doesn't support VoLTE, so what? At this time, the phone will have to perform more actions to transfer the call to 3G and cause a sinister pronunciation error when calling. Thus, the phone must have VoLTE support if you turn on VoLTE no matter what network provider you use.
2. How to fix the creaking sound when calling on iPhone
With the error of clanking on iPhone, you can fix it by switching back to LTE, VoLTE Off, or switch back to 3G. If you switch completely to 3G, the speed of accessing the network will also decrease. If you turn off LTE, VoLTE will still use 4G LTE network access speed but the call will use 3G.
In case you have a faulty subscription or are suddenly disconnected, you must wait for MobiFone to correct the error, or change the network to keep the number at home to Vinaphone or Viettel.
Does your iPhone experience a creaking sound when making calls? If so, try the above fix.
