There are two ages where people age the fastest
Michael Snyder - geneticist and colleagues at Stanford University (USA) discovered that people age fastest between 44 and 60 years old.

The team of scientists has researched the biology of aging to better understand the changes that occur and how they occur, in order to reduce the risk and better treat the disease. 108 adults participated in the study and were asked to submit biological samples every few months for several years.
The results showed that about 81% of all the molecules in the human body they studied showed a very clear change in quantity during one or both of these stages. Changes with slightly different profiles peak in the mid-40s, and again in the early 60s.
The mid-40s see a peak in changes in molecules involved in lipid, caffeine and alcohol metabolism, as well as cardiovascular disease and dysfunction in the skin and muscles.
Peak changes in the early 60s are associated with carbohydrate and caffeine metabolism, cardiovascular disease, skin and muscle disease, immune regulation and kidney function.
Some previous studies have suggested that only women in their mid-40s, usually at the onset of menopause or perimenopause, experience significant changes. But Snyder's team ruled this out because men also undergo significant molecular changes at the same age.
