The MacBook Pro fails with Cinema Display 24 inches
The 2011 MacBook Pro complaints by many users are incompatible with the very same Apple product, the 24-inch Cinema Display.
The MacBook Pro 2011 has an error compatible with Cinema Display 24 inches.
According to Electronista , many owners of the new MacBook Pro sent complaints about the conflict by connecting the new laptop to the 24-inch Cinema Display to Apple. Compatibility errors appear in both 13-inch and 15-inch models, and even 17-inch models may be affected.
The described incompatibilities include the Cinema Display screen being constantly flashing in a cycle that causes soreness and eye strain. Meanwhile, the screen on the MacBook Pro is not affected.
Some users said that they tried common ways such as reinstalling SMC but were not successful. The error also occurs when the machine uses Intel graphics chips or AMD discrete graphics. However, 27-inch Cinema Display users have not seen the above problem.
Currently Apple has not commented on this information.
